FAQ
ï‚· What is soft washing?
o Soft washing is a technique used to clean siding, roofs, fences, wood decks, and other delicate surfaces around your home. Unlike pressure washing, which utilizes extremely high-pressure water to clean, soft washing involves low pressure water and specialized cleaning agents to clean surfaces.

What is the benefit of soft washing?
o By using low pressure water and cleaning agents, mixed to exact ratios, delicate surfaces are cleaned more efficiently while also preventing property damage to the surfaces that high pressure water would cause.

Can soft washing cause damage to my property or landscape?
o One of the primary components in soft washing is Sodium Hypochlorite, or what most people know as Bleach. While straight bleach can cause damage to property, clothing, and other surfaces, we never use bleach by itself. We utilize our commercial grade “metering system,” which allows us to mix the exact ratio of water, bleach, and soap to ensure the best clean without any damage. We also take standard precautions such as covering outdoor electrical outlets, cable boxes, as well as rinsing any vegetation in the area with fresh water before and after we clean. Depending on the need, we also utilize our enviro-friendly, “bleach neutralizer” product to prevent any damage to your garden.
Do you use any high-pressure washer equipment?
o Yes! We provide both soft washing and pressure washing services. While soft washing is reserved mainly for the exterior walls of homes, there are some surfaces that require the use of high-pressure water to clean. Some of these surfaces include concrete slabs, patios, driveways, sidewalks, and stone/brick retaining walls.
